Yes, absolutely.

Simply contact us, and we’ll assess your current system and provide a quotation based on the type of upgrade you require.

How is after-sales service provided?

We provide after-sales support through remote system monitoring via our app, along with on-site inspections and adjustments when required.

Do I have a warranty?

Yes. All products supplied and installed by Kebotse Projects include manufacturer warranties, ensuring quality and reliability. These warranties apply only to products provided and installed by Kebotse Projects.

How does the payment terms work?

Once you accept our quotation, we issue a tax invoice. An 80% deposit is required before work commences. If you are applying for financing through your bank, we assist by providing the necessary supporting documentation. Please note that the loan application and approval process remain the client’s responsibility.
